It is two minutes only outside the city center, at the margine of the Palmeraie, the Villa Dar Karmouss opens its doors to an oasis of gardens full of centenary olive, lemon, and figues trees..it has a splendid view over the Atlas mountains, and it is a true oasis of peace far from the caos being made by the old city.
This Ksar constructed over two levels in pure traditional style Berbero and is composed of 5 between rooms and suites each with a private terrace, 4 living rooms and a patio with a typical central fountain and many open spaces dedicated to relaxation, plasma television with satellite, a video room with surround stereo, salon walkway decorated in an african style. One space to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner in one of the marrocain or european salons on request. A lounge bar in front of the beautiful pool (7x15) Also a summer salon and a Berber tent to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner to the open.
For the organization of the meals, we suggest day by day marrocain or international dishes according to fresh market products to your choice.

The Villa can host at the same time 10 people with its 5 double rooms and suites. The whole Villa's price starting from 550 euro per night and from 3465 euro per week during low season time.
