Riad placed on the medina of Marrakech, 5 mn walking from the main square jemaa el fnaa and from the souks. Easily accessible by walking or by car (parking Préfecture Bahia) .
The Riad al Faras is composed of a patio, a Moroccan living room, dining room, small living room, a kitchen, 6 rooms (5 doubles and a twin).
Each room has its own private Taedelakt bathroom, with shower or bath tub and toilets.
- ground floor: patio, Moroccan living room, kitchen, 2 double rooms, pool, toilet, 2 double rooms with heating.
- 1st floor : dining room ( with small living room ), 3 double rooms and a twin room. The 4 rooms on the 1st floor offer air conditions (winter and summer)

| The riad offer 5 double rooms and one 2 single beds room in all 15people at the time. The riad has a pool and a terrace/solarium. The riad's price includs 24/24 personnel (night Guardian, cocker , house keeper) and breakfast. The riad ‘s price starting from 400 euro per day and 2800 euro per week in low season.

1) 25% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit
