Inside the Roman “remparts”, Dar Nour its an authentic Kasbah in the medina of Tangier. It is not a riad, because this type of architecture is not typical of Tangier, it does not have a garden. But its terraces look into the city and the bay offering a rare and splendid point of view. Dar Nour is the first and the only B&B in tangier recognized as a charming address of the city.
It is a simple and familiar house even if its decoration has been taken from the local markets it has given this B&B a lot of appearance in magazines.
If the service is not voluntary the same as a hotel chain, here makes it feel like home. Breakfast is unforgettable and the kindness of Abdelatif, Nadia and Aladin is thoughtful. This is a house that is usually visited by artists as: Andre Techine, Jose Levy passing from Yasmina Reza and Alain Jouffroy. They have given this place a soul.
But first of all Dar Nour, offers to its guests to discover the city to take advantage of the charm and to live its rhythm: Being in the Kasbah that Matisse has painted so often, and to live the inner city. Nevertheless, its central location, the area is really calm and the people are really gentle.
